Reviving Jackson Avenue as a vibrant hub for music, arts, food, and Black culture—honoring our past, celebrating our present, and building a brighter future for all.
LIVE@ Jackson District + Parking & Mobility Hub
Foundations for Family Housing, Childcare, and Access
This phase includes affordable housing for working families, an on-site childcare center, and the Jackson District Parking & Mobility Hub. Designed to reduce barriers to stability, LIVE@ fosters equitable access to housing, early childhood education, and transportation.
UNITY@ Jackson District: Culture, Innovation & Healing
UNITY@ is a 7-story anchor blending cultural expression, entrepreneurship, public safety innovation, and holistic healing. With spaces for creative performance, small business support, green workforce training, and restorative justice, UNITY@ uplifts residents and catalyzes long-term community transformation.
